Do you take insurance?
No I don’t. But, there is a good reason. Actually a few: 1. Transparency, 2. Quality, 3. Simplicity
Transparency- you know exactly what you will pay. $150 for an evaluation, $100 for follow up visits. One of the great problems in healthcare currently is the mystery of what you will pay for the services. I have always daydreamed about having a healthcare with menus. Tell me exactly what the services are an how much they cost. So that’s what I’ve done. You may actually be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company yourself.
Quality- in a typical, insurance-based physical therapy clinics are in a vice-grip between insurance companies and overhead. The only way to keep the lights on is to see as many people as possible, which often means several patients at once. That inherently leads to lower quality care. Not accepting insurance allows me to see you and only you.
Simplicity- one of my values in life. Insurance complicates everything. This allows me to do what I do best, my craft, which is to get you feeling better as soon as possible.
Where is your clinic?
I do house calls only at this time. Occasionally, I will meet clients at their gym or office.
How much does it cost?
Physical therapy evaluation- $150
Physical therapy follow-up visit- $100
Personal training visit- $100
How does scheduling work?
The initial evaluation is scheduled over the phone, follow up visits are scheduled out in advance, but the time may vary slightly. I will contact you the morning of the visit to confirm.
What types of injuries do you treat?
All “musculoskeletal” injuries, which just means anything having to do with your muscles, joints, bones, ligaments. Headaches and nerves too
